DODA, Mar 22: Police here today in Assar apprehended a bootlegger with illicit liquor.
Giving details Doda Police informed that a Police party of Police Station Assar during routine checking at a Naka in Assar recovered 40 bottles of JK Special Whisky from the possession of one Biswa Nath, son of Nant Ram, resident of Chilli Zangli, Kashtigarh which he had carried for selling illegally.
In this regard, a case in FIR No. 06/2023 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Assar and investigation taken up.
