Bhoomi, JKAACL launch campaign against drug abuse

JAMMU, Mar 23: The series of Awareness campaign against drug addiction and drug trafficking, for Swachh Bharat, Save water , Beti Bachao Beti Padao was held in Muthi , Nagrota and Jagti township today by Jammu and Kashmir Bhoomi Human Welfare Society and Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL).
The artists during the campaign presented many attractive programmes in Kashmiri language. During these programmes, many people came out and expressed their interest.
In order to promote the comprehensive awareness programme of anti drug, Swachh Bharat and safe drinking water, J&K Bhoomi Human Welfare Society presented a series of Nukud Nataks, staged shows under the auspices of Jammu and Kashmir Art and Culture Languages.
The programme based on the theme drug abuse, the characters of the programme mainly expressed to keep away from the drugs and lives happy life and also appealed to the audience especially children to be the eyes and ears of the nation and pledge to put maximum efforts to make J&K State free from menace of drug addiction and ensure Swatchh Bharat which has been objective of all the saints, politicians and great souls whose dream is of “Clean India”.
All the people living around the Muthi , Nagrota and Jagati township actively participated and the artists showed their best performance during the series show.
Meanwhile, artists include Vinay Pandita, Daisy Bazaz, Rahul Pandita, Ramesh Pandita, Sunny , Aryan Koul, Priya Dhar, Jetinder , Susheel Ji and Vijay Raina enthralled audience with their performance.
