JAMMU, Mar 26: Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Gurugram, has nominated Advocate Inderjeet Gupta as an expert to examine the representation for counting of past service for promotion under CAS and pay-protection.
The former Deputy Advocate General of Jammu and Kashmir, Advocate Inderjeet Gupta, has contested cases on behalf of PL Handoo, former Law Minister of Jammu and Kashmir; Zee Telefilms Ltd., Pioneer Newspaper, BCCI, P Mark Oil and several other reputed organisations.
He has also appeared on behalf of MoS in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh in a case and assisted UU Lalit, the then Senior Advocate in another case. Pertinently, UU Lalit was the 49th Chief Justice of India.
Advocate Gupta has been currently counselling Airport Authority of India, Jammu and Kashmir BJP, TV Today Network Ltd., Headlines Today along over two dozen other organisations and companies.
