Sarpanch, Panch join AAP

JAMMU, Mar 26: A Sarpanch and Panch joined Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) here today.
As per a statement, Tilak Raj, the Sarpanch and Darshan Lal, the Panch belonging to ruling Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), joined AAP at Ward Number 7, Jammu, in presence of Taranjit Singh Tony, Chairman AAP Jammu and Kashmir for Administrative Engagement and Minority Affairs, and DDC Suchetgarh.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, Tony said, “AAP has become the talk of the town with its wave sweeping cities, towns, and villages across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”
Hitting out at the BJP, Tony said, “the dreams of BJP leaders in J&K will never become a reality because they are bound to face a big shock when the election results of upcoming Assembly polls will be out.”
He said that AAP has become a force to reckon with and BJP leaders know well that they are making castles in the air and soon everything will vanish for them.
