POONCH, Mar 28: A bike rider was injured after a motorcycle met with an accident in Gali Maidan area of Mandi Tehsil in Poonch district today.
Official sources said that motorcyclist was travelling from Gagrian side towards Gali Maidan when the accident took place. The injured was taken to Sub District Hospital Mandi initially and further shifted to Raja Sukhdev Singh District Hospital Poonch for treatment.
Doctors said that though he was kept under observation in District Hospital Poonch but his condition was stable.
Injured was identified as Ali Mohd, son of Habibullah, a resident of Dhanna, Gagrian in tehsil Mandi.
Station House Officer, Mandi Mukhtiar Ali said that a case vide FIR number 28/2023 under sections 279/337 IPC has been registered in Police Station Mandi.
