POONCH, Mar 29: Administration sealed seven computer shops for overcharging in online services delivery in Poonch.
Official sources said that complaints were being received that shopkeepers are overcharging in online services following which Deputy Commissioner Poonch directed concerned authorities to take action.
“A team of executive magistrates along with other officials was constituted which visited Poonch and sealed 7 shops for overcharging”, they added.
Tehsildar Haveli, Anjum Bashir Khatak said that IT department along with Deputy Commissioner Poonch have already notified rates for every online services delivery, and every CSC operators and private shopkeepers must follow that.
“Overcharging will not be tolerated at any cost and strict action under rules shall be taken against those who will not follow the guideline of notified rates”, he added.
