JAMMU, Mar 30: Politically and consciously equipped BJP activists create public awareness and social change.
This was stated by former MLC and senior BJP leader, Vikram Randhawa during booth strengthening meeting with representatives of Booth Numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Khandwal Panchayat, R.S Pura (Jammu South Assembly Segment).
Randhawa was accompanied by DDC Member Geetu Aulakh; Sarpanch, Sonamdeep Singh; Vijay Sharma, Mandal president; Avtar Singh, Naib Sarpanch; Bharat Sharma, Inder Khajuria, Bodh Raj, Panch; Saudagar Singh, Neeta Ram, Surinder Kumar, Bhushan Kumar and others.
“BJP takes all possible steps for the welfare of grass root level workers,” he maintained adding: “Polling Booths are lifeline of a Party and ground level workers keep it alive by putting in their hard efforts.”
The BJP leader also said that grass root level workers are backbone of the Party and their welfare is Party’s duty.
He asked Party workers to promote the policies and schemes being launched by Modi led Government as these schemes have been launched for the welfare of the people and Party workers too.
Randhawa asked BJP workers to keep close contact with the people of their areas by projecting their issues at the appropriate platform.
On this occasion, various Party workers put forth issues of the people to which the visiting leader assured redressal.
