3 theft cases reported in broad daylight

JAMMU, Mar 31: Three theft cases were reported in different areas of Rajouri during broad day light today.
Reports said in one case, the theft took place in the readymade clothes shop of Bittu at Thannamandi where in Rs 1 lakh cash was stolen by thieves. When the owner of the shop  returned after offering Namaz in nearby Jamia Masjid, he found that the locker was broken and Rs one lakh  was found missing. He reported the matter to local police.
Two similar  theft cases were reported in Budhal town wherein thieves stolen Rs 4100 from Abdul Rashid Cloth Merchant’s shop. In yet another case, Rs 40,000 was stolen from Zeshan Malik Hardware Store at Budhal by the thieves.
The police have taken CCTV footage of all the cases and started investigation. SHO Thannamandi Inspector  Shoket Hussain told that  CCTV footage has been taken investigation started into case.
SHO Budhal Nikku Ram told that CCTV footage has been taken and photo of suspects shared with public as well as police team on different nakas to nab the thief. He assured that case will be solved shortly.
