People take out candle march at Dhangri, demand justice

RAJOURI, Apr 1: Local people of Dhangri area took out a candle light march on Saturday against the killing of civilians by terrorists in Rajouri, demanding justice for the victim families.
The protest started from Dhangri Chowk and concluded at Khalsa Chowk. The candle march was led by Sarpanch Dhangri Dheeraj Sharma and joined by a large number of people. All the villagers including females and children joined the candle march which started at 6:00 pm and was continued till late evening.
Earlier today, a large crowd gathered at Dhangri to join the Candle march demanding justice for those innocent killed in the attack.
The candle march was held as a protest as despite of three months time, still agencies are unable to establish any clue about those involved in terror attack in Dhangri. Locals demanded justice for those innocent killed and told that although tall claims made by Government but till now they failed to do anything on ground. As locals were angry about the pace of investigation of different agencies probing the case and told that there is fear among locals after the attack in their village.
A few days ago locals not allowed the District administration to drill the hand pump in Dhangri as a mark of protest against failure of administration. Locals told that they need nothing but they just want only justice. They told that tomorrow a meeting will be held at Dhangri to decide further course of action. The people have decided to intensify their agitation against the administration.
