RAMBAN, Apr 1: Police here today recovered illicit liquor and arrested a Bihar resident in this connection.
As per police sources, Inspector Manoj Kumar, SHO Police Station Dharamkund along with police party during checking duty arrested one Gudu Kumar, son of Harinarayan Patel, resident of Sobaiya, Bihar along with 15 bottles of MADEIRA JK Special Whisky each of 750 ml.
In this regard an FIR with No. 13/2023 U/S 48(a) Excise Act was registered at Police Station Dharamkund and investigation was entrusted to PSI Vinod Kumar Saini.
The recovery was made by Inspector Manoj Kumar, SHO Dharamkund under the supervision of Nihar Ranjan, SDPO Gool under the overall supervision of SP Ramban, Mohita Sharma.
