Srinagar, Nov 20: Two persons were killed and one was injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a motorcycle met with an accident at Ajas, Bandipora, resulting in on spot death of the motorcyclist Ghulam Hassan Mir son of Shah Zaman Mir of Chatibandi, Bandipora.
An unknown truck hit and injured a minor pedestrian, Younis Hamid Paray, 12, son of Abdul Hamid of Mirgund at Panzan, Chadoora in Budgam district. The injured succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
In another accident, a Tipper bearing registration number JK13/0915 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01K/07780 near Sharjah ground, Bemina, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Khalid-ul-Islam son of Ghulam Nabi of Gulshan Abad, Bemina. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura for treatment.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
