Ajatshatru discusses scope of development of Purmandal, Utterbehni Shrines with Sadguru

JAMMU, Apr 8: Ajatshatru Singh, Trustee J&K Dharmarth Trust and former Minister, along with Ritu Singh, called on Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev and held discussion on the scope of development of temples including Purmandal and Utterbehni shrines in New Delhi today.
As per a statement, Ajatshatru briefed Sadguru about the rich cultural heritage of Jammu and Kashmir, and the famous temples and shrines located in this beautiful region of the country.
He took pride in informing the Sadguru about the significant role played by the J&K Dharmarth Trust in conserving the cultural and religious heritage of the region through upkeep of several historical temples and shrines situated across the Union Territory since over the last one century.
He also held specific discussions on the development of Purmandal and Utterbehni shrines on the modern lines.
He urged Sadguru to visit the famous shrines and temples which are world renowned as people from far places and different countries come here to pay obeisance and seek blessings of various Gods and Goddesses.
Ritu Singh also shared information about the splendid beauty of J&K especially of the Jammu region including its delicacies and rich folklore.
The press statement said that Sadguru expressed his delight after knowing about the culture and traditions of J&K besides the temples and shrines. He assured Ajatshatru Singh that he would soon visit the Union Territory and have a glance of everything by himself.
