JAMMU, Apr 9: Branch Jammu of Sant Nirankari Mission (SNM) today organized a grand Samagam in open cricket ground at village Mandaal on outskirts of Jammu city.
Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge, Sant Nirankari Mandal Zone Jammu blessed a mammoth gathering of saints and people from all walks of life through his spiritual and ethical discourses. He said that every human being is supposed to be a religious being but first of all one must understand the basic purpose of religion or so called Dharma. He stated that religion helps in creating an ethical framework and also a regulator for values in a day to day life. This particular approach helps in character building of a person, he added.
Further emphasizing the characteristic of a true religion, Ajit Singh said a true religion always unites and never divides which is a well-practiced slogan of Sant Nirankari Mission. “As one human being in no way differs from the other one, since all humans are made of same five basic elements of matter and are being dwelled by the same divine element i.e. ‘Atma’ but due to ignorance of this very truth, man is distanced from the man and is devoid of qualities of being a religious one,” he said.
“Only Satguru, the true Master with his divine knowledge of one God establishes universal brotherhood of mankind which is prerequisite of a true religion. This knowledge of one God i.e. Brahmgyan makes the seeker to see the ‘One in All’ and ‘All in One’ and thus all the barriers of caste, colour, creed and nationality are vanished and a universal harmony is established,” asserted Ajit Singh.
Many renowned personalities of civil society of Mandaal and adjoining villages in large number were present on the occasion.
