JAMMU, Apr 12: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) has claimed that JDA is selling flats to outsiders without PRC, State Subjects and domiciles.
In a press conference here today MSJK president, Sunil Dimple said that demography of J&K is in danger for which BJP led government is responsible.
He alleged that SDA and JDA are giving land of Jammu and Kashmir at throw away prices, without any lease to outsiders like Dubai investors.
The MSJK leader said that Dubai investors may have links with ISI and who will verify that they have no connection with Pakistan based militants.
“The Property Tax is being levied on the people of J&K and land evictions drives are being carried on them,” he maintained demanding restoration of Statehood to J&K with special status.
