JAMMU, Apr 12: The annual congregation of Kerni Biradari will be held on April 14 at Seri Panditan in Block Bhalwal of Jammu district.
The programme will start at 9 AM with Hawan and conclude with Bhandara, which will begin from 1 PM onwards.
