Yudhvir, Nidhi inaugurate registration camp for Adhaar, Ayushman cards

JAMMU, Apr 15: Yudhvir Sethi, vice president, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir inaugurated Adhaar, Ayushman Bharat and e-Shram cards Registration Camp at Guru Ravi Dass Mandir, Paaca Talab, New Plot, here, today.
The camp was organized by Nidhi Sharma, corporator Ward 17 in which Yudhvir Sethi was the chief guest. The camp was inaugurated in presence of Raman Sharma, Mandal president Amphalla, corproator, Dinesh Gupta, Omkar Singh Bose etc. Yudhvir, while addressing the gathering, asked the people to avail the benefits of such camps as the purpose of these camps is to provide services to the common people at their door steps. He said that Adhaar Card is the most significant identity document of a person in India and a gateway to avail any kind of benefit under the schemes rolled out by the Government. Therefore it is not necessary to only obtain the Adhaar Card but also ensure that it contains correct details. He said that those who have already got the Adhaar cards issued should get these corrected if any discrepancy is found in them.
Similarly, the senior BJP leader highlighted the benefit of the Ayushman cards issued under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme that provides free of cost treatment to a family up to five lakh rupees. He said that the cover under the Ayushman Bharat to the needy patients in case of health eventualities comes as a great relief to the affected family.
The senior BJP leader urged the construction workers, domestic workers, migrant workers and street vendors to come forward and get themselves registered on the e-Shram Portal to get access to the benefits of various social security and employment base schemes.
Nidhi Sharma, in her address, said that the BJP Government at the Centre led by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has rolled out multiple schemes for the people of this nation. Making the people aware about these schemes, she said that these schemes are meticulously tailored to suit every section of the society besides every age group. She added that there are many schemes for empowering the women, youth, etc and it is for the people to come forward and avail the benefit of the schemes best suiting them.
