REASI, Apr 17: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh, today visited Reasi and held a joint meeting of District heads and DIGs of Rajouri and Reasi with regard to conduct of operations along the boundary of Reasi and Rajouri.
As per a statement, the police officer laid stress on joint operations and a coordinated plan to address the areas where the presence of the terrorists is likely.
It said that progress of investigation of UAPA cases of Reasi was also discussed during the meeting.
Investigation into cases of drugs abuse and strategies to counter the drug menace was also deliberated upon in the meeting, it said.
The meeting was attended Suleman Choudhary, DIG UR Range, Haseeb Mughal, DIG RP Range, Amritpal Singh, SSP Rajouri, Amit Gupta, SSP Reasi, and all gazetteer officers of Reasi.
