Srinagar, Apr 17: Residents of the Khuri Bata Pora village in Kulgam today expressed concerns over the non-functioning of the BSNL tower in their area.
The tower, the people said, was installed at the village to avail better communication facilities. However, they said, despite the installation, the tower has been non-functional, leaving the villagers struggling to connect with the outside world.
According to the locals, the restoration of the BSNL tower is essential for the overall development of the area.
“It is also necessary to address the communication gap that currently exists between the village and the outside world,” the villagers said.
They urged the authorities to take immediate action and restore the tower to ensure uninterrupted communication services.
