SSF starts Stitching & Tailoring Training Centre

UDHAMPUR, Apr 18: Sarveshwar Smile Foundation (SSF), a J&K based Section 8 Company engaged in social activities has started a Stitching and Tailoring Training Centre for women in village Chulna Pancheri here.
The programme was inaugurated by Pooja Gupta, chairperson SSF.
She talked about various activities which a household lady can take to enhance her family income.
Pooja said that SSF is committed to bring smiles on the faces of women community and for that it has started free of cost one month training in embroidery, cutting and tailoring at their doorstep followed with marketing of finished products.
She informed that they are going to organize six such income generating training camps at various places preferably at border area with follow up to ensure income generation activity.
She stressed on awareness among farming community about organic farming, financial literacy and income generation activity.
Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Project Director SSF and local Sarpanch Kailash Dutt also addressed on this occasion.
Former MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia conveyed his appreciation about the work of SSF.
The programme was coordinated by Surat Singh, Aman Gupta and Radhey.
