JAMMU, Apr 18: Police in Jammu’s Miran Sahib Area claimed today that they have arrested a drug peddler and recovered 3.50 grams of heroin from his possession.
A police spokesperson said that Sunny Sharma of Indira Nagar, Miran Sahib, was arrested with the consignment by a team of Police Station Miran Sahib led by Inspector Zaheer Mushtaq, SHO concerned, under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura, Nikhil Gogna and overall monitoring by SP Headquarters, Ramnish Gupta.
“The accused has been booked in case FIR number 82/2023 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act and further investigation taken up,” he said.
