One dead, 11 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, Nov 24: One person died and 11 others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley today.
Mohammad Hayat Dar son of Ghulam Qadir Dar resident of Daren, Ganderbal fell from LP passenger mini bus bearing registration number JK01E/8453 while on way from Pandach to Soura, near Parrey Mohalla resulting in injuries to him. The injured succumbed to his injuries while on way to the hospital. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Two Tata Sumo’s JK03A/7617, driven by Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh son of Mohammad Shaban resident of Bidhard, Anantnag and Jk03D/2453 driven by Ishtiyaq Ahmad Magrey son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Larnoo, Anantnag collided at Dandipora, Kokernag, Anantnag in the jurisdiction of police station Kokernag, resulting in injuries to six passengers. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Truck number JK13/1929 collided with a Tata Sumo number JK18/2591 at Dandipora, Anantnag in the jurisdiction of police station Kokernag, resulting in injuries to five persons. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
