JAMMU, Nov 24: Chief patron of J&K National Panthers Party Prof Bhim Singh has said that people of Jammu region including students and farmers should join the movement of `Panthers Party for re-orgnisation of Jammu and Kashmir.
Talking to media persons here today Prof Singh said that support from all the sections was must for the re-organisation of State and seeking its liberation from the corrupt, communal and authoritarian rulers who have been exploiting the innocent people since 1947 with the help of some Central parties. He said this is the right opportunity for all the people of Jammu region to join hands for the progress, development and restoration of identity of Jammuites and particularly the Dogras who have been subjected to humiliation, indignity, political and social discrimination by the Kashmiri rulers.
Prof Singh said that re-organisation of J&K which is constitutionally viable through the amendment in Article 370 is the only solution to find an honourable way out to settle intra-provincial conflict within the State. Ladakh, Jammu Pradesh and Kashmir valley should be provided with the independent political system so that the identity and dignity of all the three regions remain intact.
The NPP leader appealed to all those political groups, civil society and social organizations to join the political movement of reorganization which is in the interest of national integration. He also appealed the angry separatist leaders of Kashmir valley to participate in the forthcoming elections in the State.
