JAMMU, Apr 24: A minor girl child died here at Arnia area after consuming some poisonous substance accidentally at her residence, police said.
They said Mandeep (3) daughter of Kamal Kishore of Chak Shera, Arnia, District Jammu, consumed some poisonous material at her residence accidentally.
“She was immediately taken to PHC Arnia for emergency treatment from where she was referred to Government SMGS Hospital for advanced treatment, where she breathed her last,” police said.
A case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Arnia Police Station and further investigation taken up.
