DODA, Apr 25: Continuing its crackdown on illegal mining mafia in the district, authorities seized two vehicles , which were involved in illegal mining.
Under the supervision of District Mineral Officer Doda Sunil Manhas, a team of officials laid naka between Premnagar and Thathri and seized two heavy vehicles involved in illegal transportation of minerals.
The seized vehicles were challaned under Mining Act while the DMO has warned the transporters to desist from illegal mining to avoid tough action.
