60 test +ve for COVID in J&K

India Records 841 New Covid-19 Cases

JAMMU, Apr 25: Jammu and Kashmir today reported 60 fresh COVID-19 positive cases, 22 from Jammu division and 38 from Kashmir valley.
The maximum 12 cases were reported from Jammu district, followed by 9 from Kulgam, 8 each from Anantnag and Ganderbal, 6 cases each from Udhampur and Pulwama, 3 from Baramulla, 2 each from Srinagar and Bandipora, and one case each from Doda, Kathua, Samba and Ramban districts.
According to the reports, a total of 1,912 COVID tests were conducted in the Union Territory in last 24 hours. The number of active COVID cases in the UT as on date is 337, 176 in Jammu division and 161 in Kashmir valley whereas 81 COVID patients recovered today, 44 from Jammu division and 37 from Kashmir valley.
The highest number of 108 active cases is in Jammu district, followed by 30 in Budgam, 29 each in Anantnag and Doda, 20 in Pulwama, 19 in Ganderbal, 13 in Kulgam, 12 in Udhampur, 10 each in Srinagar and Kishtwar, 8 in Bandipora, 7 in Samba, 6 in Shopian, 5 each in Kupwara and Kathua districts, 4 each in Rajouri, Ramban and Reasi, and 1 case in Poonch district.
