DODA, Apr 26: Police here today arrested two narcotic smugglers from Gandoh area and recovered Charas from their possession.
On specific information a Police Party from Police Station Gandoh led by Inspector Vikram Singh, SHO Gandoh under the supervision of SDPO Gandoh, Adil Rishu intercepted two pedestrians coming from Bhangrow Nallah and moving towards Gandoh.
They were Mohd Huzaif, son of Pervaiz Ahmed, resident of Gowari, Tehsil Gandoh and Anayatullah Khan, son of Lal Din Khan, resident of Sanwara, Tehsil Gandoh.
During their personal search Charas like substance was recovered in the presence of Executive Magistrate 1st Class Gandoh and they were arrested.
In this connection, a case in FIR number 32/2023 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Gandoh and investigation has been started.
