JAMMU, Apr 26: The dead body of a man was found hanging today at his residence in Kacchi Chawni while the body of a young housewife was found at her quarter in Satwari area.
According to Police sources, the body of 42-year-old Sunil Kumar (a driver by profession) son of late Vidya Sagar and resident of Tange wali Gali (Kacchi Chawani) was found hanging with the ceiling fan in his room while the 25-year-old Shilpa wife of Jagmohan Singh and resident of Rajasthan, was found hanging in Quarter Number 13/13 Tawi Complex, Satwari Cantt (Jammu), where she was presently residing.
After getting conducted postmortem at Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu, the Police had handed over both the dead bodies to their legal heirs for last rites while inquest proceedings in both the cases were initiated by concerned police.
