JAMMU, Apr 26: NSS unit of Govt College of Education, Jammu in collaboration with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare organised an awareness programme on organ donation under the patronage of Prof Aekta Gupta, Principal.
The awareness program offered a platform to all students and faculty of the college to get aware about organ donation.
Anshu Sharma Consultant(IEC/Media) of SOTTO J&K delivered lecture about the recent situation of organ transplantations. Dr. Shubhra Jamwal, NSS PO thanked the skilled team of SOTTO. The programme was attended by the students and faculty members including Prof Anju Bala, Dr Shalini Rana, Dr Shalini Sharma, Prof Sarita Dogra, Prof Shapia Shameem, Prof Neeraj Verma, Prof Seema Kumari, Prof Sunita Devi and Prof Vinay Lata.
Earlier, Dr Rajinder Kour delivered a lecture on RCEM approach to the students of semester 4.
