JAMMU, Apr 27: Railway authorities apprehended two unauthorized vendors operating between Katra-Pathankot and handed them over to Railway Protection Force.
On receiving a complaint that unauthorized vending was taking place in SVDK-KLK express, DTM Uchit Singhal constituted a team under overall supervision of CMI Jammu to trap the same.
The concerned team apprehended two unauthorized vendors operating in between Katra -Pathankot and handed them over to RPF Pathankot. Uchit Singhal said that the Railway authorities take serious cognizance of the unauthorized vending in trains and Railway premises as the same not only badly affects the passenger experience but can also play havoc with the health of bonafide Railway passengers.
