RAJOURI, Apr 27: A full grown leopard killed at least 20 sheep and goats at village Dhanwan in district Rajouri last night.
Official sources said that last night a leopard entered the cattle shed of one Mohd Shafi, a resident of the Dhanwan Badyia village of Rajouri. In the incident, 20 sheep/ goats were mauled to death while ten goats and sheep were injured. Locals of the area have appealed to the administration to provide necessary help to the victim as he belongs to a very poor family and have no source of income.
