JAMMU, Apr 30: Two persons suffered injuries after they assaulted each other in Barui area of Akhnoor today.
A police spokesperson said that Parvez Khan (44) son of Ghulam Mustafa, who is a headmaster in a Government school, and Suleman Khurshid (35) son of Khuda Baksh, both residents of Barui Akhnoor, assaulted each other with fists blows and sharp-edged weapons, resulting in injuries to the duo, one of them seriously.
They were taken to Government Medical College Jammu, where they are undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile police has registered a case under sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 354 of IPC and 4/25 of the Arms Act and taken up further investigation.
