Srinagar, Nov 26: A former Hizbul Mujahideen militant, Khalid Farhat Shah, was fired at by gunmen this evening in North Kashmir’s Sopore town. However, he escaped unhurt.
Police said that Shah of Jamia Qadeem Sopore is running a medical shop near his home where he was fired upon by pistol borne militant at around 6:30 pm. Police and 52-Rashtriya Rifles of Army cordoned the area to nab the militants responsible for the attack.
