JAMMU, May 3: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today took out a protest rally and torched the effigy of JDA for selling land to outsiders without PRC and Domicile Certificates.
The protest was led by MSJK leader, Sunil Dimple who claimed that Govt Medical Colleges (GMCs) of Jammu region are recruiting doctors from outside without any PRC or Domicile Certificates.
