JAMMU, May 3: At least two persons died in separate road accidents in Jammu and Udhampur Districts, Police said today.
They said one Pawan Kumar (22) son of Bablu of Lucknow at present Qasim Nagar, Jammu fell from a crane on May 2, 2023.
He was rushed to Government Medical College Jammu, where he breathed his last today, police said.
In another accident, they said, one Pargat Singh (42) son of Ajeet Singh of Punjab was hit by a truck at Kheri area of Udhampur District today.
“He was shifted to Government Medical College Jammu where he died,” police said. Bodies of the deceased have been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital while cases under relevant sections of the law already stand registered.
