JAMMU, May 8: Bahu Fort police today arrested a woman drug peddler with 3 kilogram of ganja.
“A team of Police Post Narwal led by Incharge of the Post, SI Lalit Sharma while on naka duty near Mohallah Rajiv Nagar rounded up a suspected person and on search, recovered 3 kg of ganja from his possession,” a Police spokesman said.
He said a case under FIR Number 148/23 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act was registered in this connection at Police Station Bahu Fort and the accused identified as Reema wife of Gogi, resident of Rajiv Nagar, got arrested.
Further investigation of the case was going on, he added.
