JAMMU, May 8: A meeting was held between Chief Engineer PWD JKUT Jammu and leaders of All India Migrant Camp Coordination Committee AIMCCC here, today.
Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer PWD were also present in the meeting. The AIMCCC leaders turned the attention of officers towards construction, repair and maintenance works at all migrant’ camps including Jagti township. A memorandum was also handed over to Chief Engineer in which all problems were mentioned one by one which are being faced by migrants residing at these camps. The delegation was led by AIMCCC chairman, B K Raina and the members of AIMCCC including president, Desh Rattan accompanied him.
Desh Rattan said they discussed all problems not only of Jagti township but of all camps including parks, roads, lanes and drains.
