JAMMU, May 8: Justice Atul Sreedharan, who has been transferred to High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh from Madhya Pradesh High Court, will take oath on May 10 at Srinagar.
On April 27, 2023 Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, issued notification in exercise of the power conferred by Clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India mentioning that President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, has transferred Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, as a Judge of High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
