RAMBAN, Nov 28: President, J&K National Panthers’ Party (JKNPP) and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia, today reconstituted district committee, Ramban, in consultation with District Presidents with an immediate effect.
Suraj Singh Parihar shall head the district committee with M Rauniyal, Diwan Chand Bhagat as district vice presidents whereas Seva Singh Bali and Mangal Singh Parihar shall be the district general secretaries.
Shakeel Ahmed Wani and Amarjit Singh Bali have been appointed as district secretaries.
Mankotia authorized the district president to set up a 21-member District Council of the Panthers Party within 10 days, in consultation with district committee.
