JAMMU, May 12: Jammu Police has seized seven vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
According to a police spokesman, seven vehicles bearing registration numbers JK02CR-6661, JK02DC-5811, JK02CC-9976, JK02CU-5811 and JK02CW-5811 were seized by Police Station Gharota.
He said one dumper bearing registration number JK02CJ-9087 and a tractor-trolley without registration number were seized by Police Station Arnia and Police Station Miran Sahib, respectively.
The DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, he added.
