JAMMU, May 19: Health and Medical Education Department has ordered an inquiry into the complaint filed against Dr Rafiq Salati, the then Medical Superintendent, Sub-District Hospital Dooru.
Dr Shafqat Khan, Additional Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, J&K, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to inquire into the complaints and submit the report.
According to an order in this regard, the Inquiry Officer shall after hearing the complaints as well as the doctor in question, shall submit its inquiry report along with specific recommendations to the Administrative Department within a period of 10 days for initiating further course of action.
