MBSCET organizes blood donation camp

JAMMU, May 19: Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering & Technology (MBSCET) here today in collaboration with J&K Thalassemia Welfare Society and Guru Nanak Langar Mission organized a blood donation camp.
The camp was inaugurated by S. Gurnam Singh, chairman MBSCET and he was accompanied by S. Lakhbir Singh Bawa.
Sudhir Sethi, president J&K Thalassemia Welfare Society and Baljeet Singh, Guru Nanak Langar Mission participated in the camp along with their team and thanked the College management for organizing the camp.
Dr. Taseer and staff from GMC Jammu supervised the camp.
NSS unit of the College along with its volunteers and donors worked hard to make the event successful.
More than 50 units of blood were donated in the camp.
Prof. (Dr.) D.S Pundhir, Principal; Prof. (Dr.) Amrik Singh, vice principal; Prof. Parveen Singh, Dean Academics; H.S Gill, Director Student’s Welfare along with Prof. Ripudaman Singh, NSS Program Officers, Prof. Satish Kumar, Prof. Sarbjeet Kour, NSS Faculty Coordinators, Mannat Abrol, Harshbir Singh, Shivanin Sharma, Student Coordinators were also present on the occasion.
