JAMMU, May 22: The Special Judge POCSO cases Jammu Sudhir Khajuria has issued notice to Incharge of SIT, SHO Bagh-e-Bahu and minor in a bail plea of J&K Police Sub Inspector Sardar Ali and property dealer Muzaffar in a case of alleged abduction and recovery of minor girl from a hotel in Jammu.
The bail plea was filed by accused through Advocates A K Sawhney and Aseem Kumar Sawhney with Advocates Tahseena Bukhari and Sarafaz Ahmed. It was submitted before the court that the accused are totally innocent and have been framed up as the accused Sardar Ali is a Police SI and husband of a DDC Member and his father is a BDC Chairperson and belongs to a respectable family.
It was submitted by Advocate Aseem Sawhney that there is no question of abducted of the girl as she had herself come to the hotel to meet Muzaffar, her friend and the SI also reached there being a close friend to counsel them as both the boy and girl had intention of marrying.
