UDHAMPUR, May 31: On the direction of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Motor Vehicle Department along with district Police today seized two modified bikes and challaned three others.
The seized vehicles were taken to DC office complex for further action and penalty, which may be upto Rs one lakh.
The modified bikes were seized during a special naka for booking violators under section 39/192 & 190 (ii) of MV Act.
