JAMMU, June 2: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has reconstituted the committee for deciding the mechanism of outsourcing of identified assets of the Tourism Department, in a phased manner.
In partial modification of the Government order number 276-JK(GAD) of 2023, dated, 24-02-2023, read with Government order number 314-JK(GAD) of 2023, dated 03-03-2023, the committee has been reconstituted with Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department as Chairman.
Administrative Secretary, Planning; Administrative Secretary Revenue; Administrative Secretary Labour; Administrative Secretary Tourism; Administrative Secretary, Tourism; Secretary Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs; Secretary Forest; Director General Codes, Finance Department; MD JKTDC; representative of the H&UDD are members of the committee while Administrative Secretary, Mining Dept; DC concerned, CEO Development Authority concerned, representative of PW(R&B), PDD, Jal Shakti and Div Com concerned are the special invitees.
Terms and reference of the committee shall remain unchanged.
