JAMMU, June 2: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has re-constituted the committee for ensuring transparent bidding process in respect of disinvestment of Jammu and Kashmir Cements Limited (JKCL).
As per the order, the committee is headed by Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department while Administrative Secretaries of Planning Dept, Revenue, Labour & Employment, Mining Dept, Secy Law Dept, Secretary Forest, Director General Codes, MD J&K Cements Ltd and representative of H&UDD are its members while Transaction Advisor is the Member secretary.
Representatives of PW(R&B) Dept, PDD, Jal Shakti, DC concerned, Director General (Budget), CEO of Development Authority concerned, Chief Wildlife Warden and Div Com concerned are the special invitees.
