125 patients examined, given medicines

JAMMU, June 3: A free urology camp was conducted by Dr. Anchal Kotwal (Senior Urologist) at SDH Bhaderwah today in collaboration with District Health Society Doda.
The services provided in this camp were free consultation, free uroflow metry, free medicines and free PSA test for the patients. More than 125 patients were examined and provided free of cost medicines.
Patients from every part of erstwhile district Doda attended and got benefited from this camp. This camp was first of its kind at sub District level where superspecialist Urologist provided his services to the needy patients of the far flung area.
The camp started at 10 am and continued till 5 pm. After culmination of the camp Dr. Kotwal expressed his gratitude to district administration Doda, District Health Society Doda, Dr. Hamid Zargar, (CMO Doda), Dr. Ashraf (BMO Bhaderwah) and the medical staff for making this camp successful one. Dr. Kotwal expressed his wish to conduct more such medical camps in future as well.
It is pertinent to mention here that Dr. Kotwal belongs to Bhaderwah and is the first urologist of the erstwhile district Doda who has worked in prestigious hospitals across India including Fortis Hospital India.
