JAMMU, Dec 7: As a mark of respect to Dr. Nelson R. Mandela, former President of South Africa, who passed away on December 5, 2013, the Government has decided to observe State Mourning from 6th to 10th of this month.
The National and State flags will fly at half-mast on all buildings and places where these flown and there will be no official entertainment during this period.
