REASI, June 12: In a rare act of honesty, an SPO returned Rs 10,000 cash to the person who had lost it somewhere in Reasi market.
Reports said that SPO Vinod Sharma, while performing his routine duty, found Rs 10,000 cash and one J&K Bank ATM in Reasi market. He immediately informed his senior police officer and during investigation it was found that the ATM as well as cash belongs to one retired Naib tehsildar of the Reasi.
Later the cash and ATM were handed over to the son of the Naib Tehsildar. People of Reasi town and the family of the Naib Tehsildar have appreciated honest act of the SPO.
