BANI, June 16: Thakur Sabha Bani today extended a helping hand to the impoverished family of Bhushan Singh, son of Jagdev Singh, residing in Halla of Tehsil Bani, District Kathua.
Jagdev Singh, who suffered a debilitating attack two years ago, has been paralyzed ever since, rendering him unable to work. Consequently, his family, consisting of his wife and three children, has been struggling to meet their basic needs. The family currently resides in a makeshift dwelling, exacerbating their difficult circumstances.
Deeply moved by their plight, Thakur Sabha Bani took proactive measures to support this family. They generously donated Rs 10,000 and provided essential groceries such as Atta, rice, oil, and Dal.
The donation ceremony was attended by Darshan Singh, President of Thakur Sabha Bani, along with other members of the Sabha, including Ajab Singh, Jaswant Singh, and Roshan Manhas. Their presence underscored the Sabha’s unwavering commitment to assisting those in need.
Darshan Manhas also appealed to the administration and society at large to join hands in providing assistance to the helpless members of the community.
