JAMMU, Dec 9: In order to carry out the works of repair of 132KV main line isolator of 132 KV Sewa line bay and preventive maintenance of 132 & 33 KV bays and allied equipments at 50 MVA, 132/ 33 KV Grid Station Mahanpur, the shut down of 1 x 50 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Station Mahanpur on December 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. has been allowed.
As intimated by Chief Engineer, S&O Wing Jammu, during the shutdown period the power supply to Basohli, Mahanpur, Bhoond, Bani and partially Billawar Tehsil, as both PGCIL Sewa-Mahanpur and Mahanpur-Kathua 132 KV Transmission lines will be affected.
